2024 Season Recap

The first NPL season was held from November 30 to December 21, 2024 at TU International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur. Eight teams played in a round-robin format followed by playoffs. Janakpur Bolts won the final, beating Sudurpaschim Royals by 5 wickets. The season featured local and international players and was watched by fans worldwide.

Grand Final: Janakpur Bolts vs Sudurpaschim Royals

In the final on December 21, Sudurpaschim Royals scored 184/9 in 20 overs. Janakpur Bolts' bowlers, Kishore Mahato (3/25) and Mohammed Mohsin (3/40), performed strongly. Lahiru Milantha scored 87 off 49 balls, leading the Bolts to win with 4 balls to spare. Milantha was Player of the Match.
