NPL 2026 Rights Holders & Website Partnerships

Published league rights information, separate from partnerships with this independent fan website.

Season window: October 26–November 21, 2026 · Reviewed 14 October 2026

League media and ticketing rights

  • Worldwide OTT rights: NetTV.
  • Linear television in Nepal: Himalaya Television Network.
  • Ticketing rights: eSewa.

The rights awards do not establish consumer pass prices, free access, ticket sale dates or a final channel schedule. Check the rights holder’s event listing before paying.

Website partnership enquiries

NPL Cricket League is an independent fan guide. We do not represent CAN or sell league, team, broadcast or ticketing rights.

For advertising or editorial collaboration with this website, use the website contact form. League sponsorship enquiries must go to the organiser.

Which organisation handles which enquiry?

  • Online viewing packages: the streaming provider’s customer support. See our guide to watching NPL 2026 online for the confirmed NetTV route.
  • Nepal TV channel availability: the broadcaster or your television provider.
  • Ticket orders and payment receipts: the seller on the booking confirmation.
  • Errors or advertising on this independent website: our contact page.

A league rights award is separate from a commercial relationship with this website. Listing a rights holder here does not imply an endorsement of our coverage.

League media and ticketing rights holders

The confirmed commercial rights holders for NPL Season 3, announced in September 2026, are:

  • Worldwide OTT rights: NetTV — the reported deal value is NPR 180.4 million.
  • Linear television in Nepal: Himalaya Television Network.
  • Ticketing rights: eSewa.

These are league-level rights awards: they name who may broadcast, stream and sell tickets for the tournament. They do not establish consumer pass prices, free access, ticket sale dates or a final channel schedule — those details come from each rights holder's own listings. Listing a rights holder on this page does not imply any endorsement of, or partnership with, this website's coverage.

Fans asking about earlier broadcasters can check whether Kantipur Max will broadcast NPL Season 3 and whether DishHome GO will carry NPL 2026.

Working with this website

NPL Cricket League is an independent fan guide and is not affiliated with the Cricket Association of Nepal, the league, any franchise, broadcaster or ticketing provider. We do not sell league sponsorships, broadcast rights or match tickets, and league sponsorship enquiries must go to the organiser.

For advertising or editorial collaboration with this website — not with the league — use the website contact form. Include what you are proposing, the pages it concerns and your timeline; partnership messages that are actually league-rights enquiries will be redirected to the organiser.

For media: citing this website

Journalists, bloggers and fan pages are welcome to cite NPL Cricket League's guides and directories. Please link the specific page you used — not just the homepage — so readers can check the source-linked record themselves. Fixture facts on this site trace to the 20 September 2026 fixture announcement; rights facts to the September 2026 rights announcements; squad facts to the dated reports linked on each team page.

Do not present our "reviewed" or "checked" dates as the date of the underlying event: a page reviewed on 14 October 2026 may describe an auction held on 6 July 2026 or a fixture announced on 20 September 2026. The review date tells you when we last verified the information, nothing more. Corrections to cited material can be sent via the contact page; verified corrections are applied and the review date refreshed.

Broadcast, streaming and team partners in focus

Kantipur Max is the name most often attached to NPL broadcasts, because it was associated with the league's broadcast coverage in earlier editions — which is exactly why the question is asked again every season. For Season 3, however, Kantipur Max does not hold the rights: the September 2026 announcements name the Himalaya Television Network as the linear television broadcaster in Nepal. Earlier carriage does not carry over when rights are re-awarded, so Kantipur Max's role this season is a historical one unless it announces otherwise; the full background is on our Kantipur Max and NPL page.

DishHome GO is DishHome's streaming app, and it played the same part in the league's early life as Kantipur Max did on television: it was associated with NPL coverage in earlier editions, and many fans still open it first when a season approaches. It is not a confirmed Season 3 broadcaster. The worldwide OTT rights this season sit with NetTV, so DishHome customers should check DishHome's own channel and app listings for any NPL 2026 announcement rather than assuming coverage continues; see Is NPL 2026 on DishHome GO? for what is and is not confirmed.

NetTV holds the worldwide OTT rights for NPL Season 3, which makes its app and web platform the official online home of the tournament — including for the large audience watching from outside Nepal. The reported value of the OTT rights deal is NPR 180.4 million, per the September 2026 rights announcements, a measure of how central streaming has become to the league's commercial model. Inside Nepal, NetTV's streaming offer sits alongside the Himalaya Television Network's television coverage, while eSewa handles ticketing for fans attending in person. Our NPL 2026 online streaming guide sets out the confirmed arrangements.

Bagmati Plastics is a team-level partner rather than a league rights holder: it is the Official Home Partner of the Biratnagar Kings for NPL Season 3. The agreement was signed in Biratnagar on Sunday, October 18, 2026, by Bagmati Plastics chief executive Amit Rathi and Kings director Swagat Pyakurel, with team owner Paras Luniya also speaking at the ceremony. The "home partner" designation ties the company to the franchise's home identity in Biratnagar, and the partnership is expected to strengthen the Kings' commercial reach and brand presence through the tournament. The deal value is undisclosed — no financial figures or contract length beyond the season were released with the announcement.
