Confirmed 2026 rights
- Worldwide OTT streaming: NetTV (rights value Rs 18.04 crore).
- Linear television in Nepal: Himalaya Television Network (rights value Rs 14.64 crore).
- Official ticketing: eSewa (rights value Rs 85 lakh).
The Cricket Association of Nepal awarded the Season 3 media and ticketing rights to these three partners in a deal reported at Rs 33.53 crore (CAN announcement, September 7, 2026). That makes NetTV the single official streaming home worldwide and Himalaya Television the TV home inside Nepal. Red Bull was later named the title sponsor of the NPL 2026 broadcast on Himalaya Sports (announced October 1, 2026), and former Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar joins the Himalaya Sports broadcast team as a special guest for Season 3. The rights awards do not establish consumer pass prices, free access, ticket sale dates or a final channel schedule — check each rights holder's event listing before paying.
Match timings and fixture
The full match-by-match fixture list was released by CAN on September 20, 2026. The tournament opens on October 26 with Lumbini Lions vs Sudurpaschim Royals at 5:00 PM NST at Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur. On double-header days the first match begins at 12:30 PM NST and the second at 5:00 PM NST. Rest days fall on October 30, November 4, November 8 and November 11; the playoffs run November 17–19 and the Grand Finale is on November 21. See the full schedule for every pairing.
Tickets
eSewa is the official ticketing partner for Season 3. Ticket sale dates, prices and seat categories are announced through eSewa's event listings — buy only through the official listing and verify the match date, gate and seat category before paying. See ticket information and the TU Ground fan guide. The TU Ground Kirtipur tickets and viewing guide covers prices, the fan zone and match times in one place.
Before subscribing
- Confirm that the product explicitly includes Nepal Premier League Season 3.
- Check access for your country, supported devices and simultaneous-stream limits.
- Review the actual pass price, renewal terms and refund policy on the provider's listing.
- Confirm the match time using the final fixture list.
TV rights, streaming rights and access
Television and online streaming are separate rights packages. A Nepal television subscription does not by itself confirm NetTV app access. Likewise, worldwide OTT rights describe the awarded territory; they do not establish that every existing subscription includes the tournament.
Before purchase, check the provider's NPL event listing for country access, supported devices and the actual package terms. If a match is missing from the programme guide, confirm it with the provider before paying for a different service.
