NPL Broadcasters History: Season 1 to Season 3
Who has shown NPL? Season 1: Star Sports, DishHome, FanCode. Season 2: Kantipur Max, DishHome GO. Season 3: Himalaya Sports and NetTV, 26 Oct–21 Nov.
Season window: October 26–November 21, 2026 · Reviewed 25 October 2026
Three seasons, three different broadcast lineups: that is the short version of NPL Broadcasters History. The inaugural 2024 season went to Star Sports and DishHome Go, 2025 split between Kantipur Max, DishHome GO and FanCode, and Season 3, running 26 October to 21 November 2026, belongs to NetTV and Himalaya Sports. No broadcaster has carried all three seasons in the same role.
This page puts the three seasons side by side: who showed the league in Nepal, who streamed it, what India got, and what Season 3 costs and when it starts. Fees are given only where they were published. Anything unannounced stays unannounced.
Quick answer
- Season 1 (2024): Star Sports on Nepal TV, DishHome Go and Action Sports streaming, FanCode in India.
- Season 2 (2025): Kantipur Max on Nepal TV, DishHome GO outside India, FanCode in India.
- Season 3 (2026): NetTV worldwide streaming, Himalaya Sports on Nepal TV, eSewa on ticketing.
- The shift: the Season 3 streaming fee alone is more than three times the Season 2 streaming minimum guarantee, and no Season 1 or 2 name holds a Season 3 right.
