Meet the overseas signings

David Warner (Australia): the left-handed opener is the franchise's marquee Season 3 signing, bringing nearly 19,000 international runs and 49 centuries across 383 matches for Australia (112 Tests, 161 ODIs, 110 T20Is). He won two ODI World Cups and the 2021 T20 World Cup, where he was Player of the Tournament, and is the only batter to top the IPL run charts in three seasons (2015, 2017 and 2019).

Sahan Arachchige (Sri Lanka): the left-handed all-rounder, who also bowls right-arm off-break, has played five ODIs and a T20I for Sri Lanka and captained their Asian Games squad. He arrives off a title-winning Lanka Premier League campaign with Galle, where he scored 240 runs at a strike rate above 147 across 11 matches.

KS Bharat (India): Kona Srikar Bharat, the Gorkhas' first overseas signing for Season 3, played seven Tests for India as wicketkeeper-batter. In February 2015 he struck 308 for Andhra against Goa — the first triple century by a wicketkeeper-batter in Ranji Trophy history.

Will Bosisto (Australia): the Australian batter captained his country at the 2012 Under-19 World Cup and was named Player of the Tournament, scoring 276 runs and being dismissed only once, including 87 not out in the final against India. He joins Kathmandu after earlier NPL seasons with Karnali Yaks, and has played T20 cricket for the Perth Scorchers.
